Outlook and Outlook Express were so hateful that they were the only mail software I banned in 20 years as a network administrator.


Mail software that required you to carve the recipient's name in your flesh with a sharpened toothpick would be less hateful.

That would certainly cure people of accidental reply-to-all.

It might also make them sit up and take notice when their computer got infected by an email worm.

Though I might be overly optimistic here.
