Do we want to remove column filtering tests in TestRegExpRowFilter, or just add
tests for ColumnValueFilter (I'm putting these tests in a new unit test,
TestColumnValueFilter).
I'll have a patch that adds TestColumnValueFilter soon. Let me know if you
think TestRegExpRowFilter needs to be changed/diminished.
