REST refactor (HBASE-1064) hasn't been scheduled against 0.19.0 up to
this. Its not scheduled against any release. Its a bit late in the day
now. I'd say that if its to make it in, those interested should turn up
the heat on the issue. I for one haven't given Brian's most recent post
the attention it deserves. Sishen's last comment seems like it needs a
response too raising a pretty valid-looking objection to new API.
