Linked PIG-2388 documents the need for separate binaries for Pig. Most likely
this will be the case for HCat also. Hive currently loads shims dynamically,
but that was for .20.1 vs. .20.203+. The same is unlikely to work for .20 vs.
.23 (HIVE-2468).
