Attachment: HCATALOG-375-0.4.patch
New patch which incorporates HCATALOG-375-1.patch. Includes modifications to
build both shims and include them in the hcatalog.jar. Fixed tests that were
breaking because of semantic differences between how certain commands are
processed using 0.20 and 0.23.
This patch fixes the 0.4 branch.
