The impression I got from Ubuntu was that it's 'Progeny TNG' and is
intended to make things simple for low-end users.  One of the reasons
I joined hcoop was because I run Debian at home and like having it on
the server as well.  FWIW, I don't want a change.  If a significant
portion of the members, say more than half, want another OS, then I'd
say, "Go for it."
