I'm going to go ahead with the "individual pieces" method, since that
will make my job easier.  Let's have domtool write its domainlist
directives to /etc/exim4/conf.d/main/10_domtool-domains.  I'll take
care of migrating our old config and commenting-out the existing
domaintool directives put there by exim4.
