I've upgraded the version of exim4 on deleuze to be the same as the one on fyodor. While looking through the settings, I noticed that we currently write our settings to exim4.base and then generate exim4.conf. Wouldn't it be better to use update-exim4.conf (perhaps modifying it to suit our needs) and spread the config across many small files (so that individual pieces get upgraded properly)?
