Well, we're already paying a not-insignificant monthly fee for 
colocation, so it depends strongly on how soon that release is expected.

I'm waiting for manual command-line walkthroughs posted on the wiki, 
showing how to perform the database/user creation, etc., functions that 
dbtool is charged with. I've purposely recused myself from sysadmining, 
so I don't want to have to do anything beyond implement custom software, 
and that includes deciphering how exactly a particular AFS set-up 
requires that commands be executed. ;)
