We should upgrade to this as soon as Russ posts the debian packages.
1.4 is the stable branch of OpenAFS, and there are a lot of important
fixes since 1.4.2.  I'd also rather do an upgrade like this while AFS
is still admin-only territory and nothing critical is running on it
(yet).
