Three ways to describe it:
1. The first drive.
2. The one without the flickering access light. (davor said that hda is 
not coming online anymore)
3. The one that, if you remove it and reboot, the system still comes up

We're paying for a leased server from Interserver.  It's their hard 
drives on their dime, they should be able to figure out which one is 
/dev/hda and swap it with a good drive of the same model/geometry.  
since this is software RAID I think it has to be done when the system is 
down, so ideally we might want to give them a user with sudo access 
shutdown for this task.
