After reading the documentation of the Q2 release, I was still wondering if a coarse connectome was available with each preprocessed dataset. Since there is a 52 region cortical parcellation and the Broadmann anatomical parcellation, I'd like to know if the corresponding connectivity (weights matrix, white matter fibre lengths, positions/region centres and mapping to the 32k,74k and 163k surfaces) was already there; if there is a way to get this using Connectome Workbench; or will it be included in feature releases? Also, do you think that additional head surfaces will be included at some point in the processed data (eg, the surfaces required for building a head model in order to obtain the EEG lead-field matrix in FieldTrip or OpenMEEG)?
