Hello, Following some of the discussions about cifti files, I read that this format stores data from both surfaces and volumes in one single file. However, in one of the past issues I read that cifti files do not actually contain surface coordinates, these are obtained form 'surf.gii' files.
I guess that my question is if it's possible to reproduce Figures 2, 3, 4 from [Gassler et al., 2013 -- The minimal preprocessing pipelines for the Human Connectome Project] using one single cifti file (+ a dense scalar, label or time series cifti file) using the connectome workbench. If yes which are the files that enclose both hemispheres and subcortical structures?
