If you load
${StudyFolder}/${SubjectID}/MNINonLinear/fsaverage_LR32k/${SubjectID.32k_fs
_LR.wb.spec in Connectome Workbench together with the appropriate CIFTI
file, you should be able to reproduce any of those figures. The spec file
contains a list of a variety of generally useful files, including surfaces
and volumes that you can overlay CIFTI data on.
Peace,
Matt.
