Hi, HCP experts I wonder what is the best way to transfer several surface-based ROIs from the fsaverage template to HCP subject's surface files?
I am also planning to generate ROIs on the Conte69 template in the future. I wonder where will be the best place for me to draw and transfer these masks to each subject in the HCP data, in FreeSurfer, workbench or Caret? Many thanks in advance!
