Hello,

I am looking at the behavioral data '.csv' file more so the freesurfer outputs.
I have these two questions.

1) Each anatomical label (e.g. Pallidum) seems to have three variables in three
columns (e.g. Subject 1 - Pallidum=1576, Vol =545, R=1038) - see columns
(JA,JB,JC).

Question:- I presume Vol refers to volume, what does Pallidum and R refer to?).
Is R the hemisphere?. The Pallidum analogy also applies to other anatomical
labels (e.g. amygdala etc).

2) In what units are the variables in? For example in columns (HF and HG)
Pallidum=2.847 and Vol=2.174 for subject 1 whilst,  in columns (JA,JB,JC) -
Pallidum =1576 Vol=545 and R=1038.

Any thoughts on this will be much appreciated.

Many thanks and looking forward.

Benson
