Dear FSL users, I installed FSL to process tha data of dMRI, and now I'm tackiling with probtrackx2. I ran fsl in terminal window, launched FDT, and did BEDPOSTX. That far was good. However, when I did PROBTRACKX there came an error. I've surely done BEDPOST, so my problem must be setting the seed. (I'm doing 'Multiple Masks" to get seed*seed matrices) Though I've done several things by trial and error, nothig would work. Could somebody tell me what data I should add as a "Masks list"? Any help would be appreciated, because I'm really in trouble.
