Right. The grayordinates have 2mm FWHM smoothing on the surface in within the grey matter parcels, which is a very small amount (at 2mm spacing). I wouldn’t recommend unconstrained volumetric smoothing.

The fMRISurface part of the functional pipeline is only done for the graycoodinate data not for the volume data. Am I right?
