Hi all,
I am no expert at brain imaging but I've read a lot about it in order
to design visualizations for it. So please correct if I did anything wrong.
Currently my goal is to build connection between functional network
(fMRI data) and structure network, i.e. fiber tracts (diffusion MRI). My
basic idea is to display both networks in the same three dimensional space.
To register the network, a common atlas might be used to define the ROIs.
I've downloaded the 10 unrelated subjects data with diffusion part and
task based fMRI from HCdb. I might use fsl+dtk to processing the diffusion
volume data into fiber tracts. But I have trouble processing the functional
data. I've tried the workbench and saw the scene 8: parcellated MGTR
connectivity, R196, RSN parcels. The connection matrix seems to be very
similar to what I want. But how can I get individual matrices like this
that uses a fixed atlas? For example, what data should I be using or it has
been processed and released? What command should I use, etc?
Can anyone give me some pointers here, please? Thank you for reading
and for your time.
Best,
Guohao Zhang
