Dear HCP admins, I am interested in working with the dMRI data from the "500 Subjects + MEG2" release. I filtered the available data with "Study completion>Study completion: 3T MR>Diffusion MRI completed>TRUE", and 441 subjects were listed who completed dMRI. However, from the unrestricted CSV file, 455 subjects are listed that had the value "TRUE" for the "dMRI_Compl" variable.
I cross-checked the subjects IDs from each source, and noticed that all 14 subjects listed in the CSV file but that do not have dMRI data available for download from ConnectomeDb have value of "MEG2" for the "Release" variable. Can you confirm that 441 is the correct number of subjects with complete dMRI data? Thank you. Estephan J.
