Hi Jenn, you were spot on! I got the 455 subjects with completed dMRI datasets now. Considering that I want to do tractography analysis, I assume that this filter will give me the datasets needed (complete HCP dMRI protocol), correct?

On a side note, how can I delete a "saved group" within the ConnectomeDb? I can only see the "save group" option in it.

Thank you.

Hi Estephan,

There are 455 subjects with "complete" dMRI data. You did the filtering for dMRI complete = TRUE on the original S500 release group (released in June 2014). Instead, do the DB filtering on "All Family Subjects". See the screenshots below:

What you did that yielded 441 dMRI complete subjects:

Click on the “Show All Subjects” button to reset the filter to show All currently released subjects (as of the S500 +MEG2 release in November 2014).

Now, reset your filters and you will find 455 Subjects:

Also, note that the filter term Diffusion MRI Complete means that we collected 6 dMRI scans for these subjects (the full HCP dMRI protocol, see Reference Manual for details), with all directions collected.

Best,

Jenn

Hi,

Can you try again? I tried just now, and I'm getting 455 subjects listed when I filter on "dMRI_Compl" = TRUE.

thanks,

Dear HCP admins,

I am interested in working with the dMRI data from the "500 Subjects + MEG2" release. I filtered the available data with "Study

completion>Study completion: 3T MR>Diffusion MRI completed>TRUE", and

441 subjects were listed who completed dMRI. However, from the unrestricted CSV file, 455 subjects are listed that had the value "TRUE"

for the "dMRI_Compl" variable.

I cross-checked the subjects IDs from each source, and noticed that all

14 subjects listed in the CSV file but that do not have dMRI data available for download from ConnectomeDb have value of "MEG2" for the "Release" variable. Can you confirm that 441 is the correct number of subjects with complete dMRI data?

Thank you.
