Hi,
If you download the "Structural Extended" packages you can have the entire FS output directory for each subject.

I would like to retrieve the aparc and other stats files from each participant in the HCP. I notice that the aseg stats are already published in the unrestricted data spreadsheet, but I would also like the aparc tables for analysis. Is there a way to quickly pull every participant's aparc stats into one easy-to-read file? I recall FS has an "aparcstats2table" but it doesn't appear like it would work in this case.
