Bryan,

We will be releasing expanded FreeSurfer results in the near future (one or two
months out), but it requires a database update to ConnectomeDB to handle the
number of columns. Once that is in place, we'll make the full stats output
available in the spreadsheet download.

Regards,

Mike Hodge

Hi,
If you download the "Structural Extended" packages you can have the entire FS
output directory for each subject.

cheers,

Subject: [HCP-Users] Retrieving aparc, BA, curv stats

Hi,

I would like to retrieve the aparc and other stats files from each participant
in the HCP. I notice that the aseg stats are already published in the
unrestricted data spreadsheet, but I would also like the aparc tables for
analysis.

Is there a way to quickly pull every participant's aparc stats into one
easy-to-read file? I recall FS has an "aparcstats2table" but it doesn't appear
like it would work in this case.

Kind Regards,
