Hi Matt,

Sorry, I was mistaken on this. However, what I did do is run model=3 instead
of model=2. I remember from a previous post that this is released in FSL yet.
Should this have given an error within bedpostx?

Thanks,
Derek

Are samples able to make it from one ROI to another? How many mean_f#samples
files do you have?

Peace,

Matt.

Subject: [HCP-Users] Error Running Probtrackx

Hello,

I have completed bedpostx on HCP subjects with --nf=3. I then used these files
to run probtrackx2, and when I look at the waytotal files, the value is 0.
Additionally, when it loads the bedpostx files, it says the number of fibers is
2. Is there an option that I need to input to get probtrackx2 to analyze the
bedpost data with 3 fibers?

Thanks,
Derek
