David, If you apply for and are approved for access to restricted access data, you’ll be able to download a spreadsheet that contains the information you need. It contains a mother ID and father ID for each participant which can be used to create an independent subsample.
You can find the application form here: http://www.humanconnectome.org/data/data-use-terms/restricted-access-overview.html Regards, Mike Hodge From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of David Hofmann Sent: Wednesday, June 24, 2015 10:39 AM To: hcp-users Subject: [HCP-Users] Selecting a subsample of unrelated persons from node-timeseries data Hi all, since I want to select an independent subsample from the node-timeseries data (due to some computational intensive analysis), I was wondering how to find out which persons are related? greetings David _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users ________________________________ The material in this message is private and may contain Protected Healthcare Information (PHI).
