David, I should also have noted that in ConnectomeDB, we have identified groups of 10, 40, 80 and 100 unrelated subjects, so you could use one of those groups if that meets your needs. You could likely generate a larger sample if desired, however, once you gain access to the family structure data.

It contains a mother ID and father ID for each participant which can be used to create an independent subsample.
