Thanks for this.  I might have missed it, but there doesn't seem to be
a license in that zip file or mentioned in the README.  Can we ship
these files under our BSD / PDDL license do you know?   For example, I
don't think we can do that under :
http://www.humanconnectome.org/data/data-use-terms/
