Hi, HCP experts I wonder in workbench how I can binnarize the tractography results from probtrackx2 and show a 3D representation of the tracts as that in 3D Viewer in fslview? Since workbench has better surface features, I would like to show the results as well as the seed masks and WM/GM interface in workbench.
