Hi all, I am processing a massive amount of data through HCP, and I'm working on some post-HCP summary figures for all of my subjects. I want to create an axial figure for every subject, with the pial and white matter surfaces overlaid for visual inspection.
I have a plan to do this, but I want to check and see if I'm missing an obvious "easy way." My current idea is: 1. Add the volume and surface images to a .spec file using wb_command 2. Using a template .scene file created manually in wb_view, write a script to replace text in the xml for each new file path (my volume and L/R pial/white surfaces) 3. Use wb_command -show-scene to render the image in the background I don't think this will be challenging. I just want to make sure this isn't already a feature before I dive in.
