I think that file wasn't being created before from the minimal preprocessing pipelines, but it may be useful for some people so its now being created by the MSMAll pipeline. Matt. When I look at the output directories, eg: <subject>/MNINonLinear/Native, I see that it creates some new files with MSMtest in the filename, but it also overwrites other files, such as <subject>.SphericalDistortion_native.dscalar.nii . Should I be concerned about this? Or is this just regenerating the same file that was originally there? I want to make sure I still have everything I need from the original MSM registration, alongside my new one.
