Hi there, I'm doing some customized MSM alignment on HCP data using the MSMAll Pipeline, and my current output name is "MSMtest". When I look at the output directories, eg: <subject>/MNINonLinear/Native, I see that it creates some new files with MSMtest in the filename, but it also overwrites other files, such as <subject>.SphericalDistortion_native.dscalar.nii .
Should I be concerned about this? Or is this just regenerating the same file that was originally there? I want to make sure I still have everything I need from the original MSM registration, alongside my new one.
