Hi Rose, Have you been trying to use Aspera on a Chrome browser, by chance? You might try Firefox instead.
Also, consult the Reference Manual Appendix III <http://humanconnectome.org/documentation/S500/HCP_S500+MEG2_Release_Appendix_III.pdf> for a listing of all the files in the directory structure. The directory structure is the same as the unzipped packages you would download via Aspera and what is available on Amazon S3 (and in Connectome in a Box). I am tasked with 1. downloading the resting state fMRI data - processed and unprocessed. 2. creating connectivity matrices from this data. I am stuck in step1. Aspera has not worked for me. So I tried the s3cmd way. On the webpage for the dataset, when I select mri, unprocessed and structural, I can see two files for it - Resting State fMRI 1 Unprocessed and Resting State fMRI 2 Unprocessed But when I used s3cmd, I found these $ s3cmd ls s3://hcp-openaccess/HCP/100307/ DIR s3://hcp-openaccess/HCP/100307/.xdlm/ DIR s3://hcp-openaccess/HCP/100307/MEG/ DIR s3://hcp-openaccess/HCP/100307/MNINonLinear/ DIR s3://hcp-openaccess/HCP/100307/T1w/ DIR s3://hcp-openaccess/HCP/100307/release-notes/ DIR s3://hcp-openaccess/HCP/100307/unprocessed/ Can some one please help me locate the files/folders I need via the s3cmd? I tried looking into the above subfolders, but I am slightly confused with all the terminology. Thanks a lot. Any help appreicated. _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users
