Hello Khodaei, The PMAT is its own measure of fluid intelligence. The simplest way is to use the correct responses measure just as it is. You could add age as a covariate in your analysis if you are interested in gF as an individual difference variable independent of age effects.
If you’re interested in composite measures of fluid cognition (akin to fluid intelligence), verbal cognition (akin to crystallized intelligence) and general cognition (akin to general intelligence), you can create composite scores from the NIH Toolbox measures as described in http://www.nihtoolbox.org/HowDoI/TechnicalManual/Technical%20Manual%20sections/Toolbox%20Cognition%20Battery%20Composite%20Scores%20Technical%20Manual.pdf I believe that we plan to include these in an upcoming update to the ConnectomeDB, but I don’t know the expected date for that. --Greg ____________________________________________________________________ Greg Burgess, Ph.D. Staff Scientist, Human Connectome Project Washington University School of Medicine Department of Neuroscience Phone: 314-362-7864 Email: [email protected] > On Dec 26, 2015, at 2:03 AM, mohamad reza <[email protected]> wrote: > > Dear HCP experts, > > I am working on HCP cognition data.
