Hello Aurora,

All Aspera downloads would have been interrupted this morning by our ZFS
storage hardware outage that brought down ConnectomeDB at 11:30 am.
ConnectomeDB and our Aspera server are separate applications, but they both
pull from this same data store, and in this case the outage affected both
systems.

To your question, you can certainly download data from groups of subjects
rather than the entire population, using the filters in the Subject Dashboard.
For example, this filter would show only those subjects that are newly released
as of the S900 release, which would reduce the number of subjects from 970 to
435. You can then download images from that subset.

You can set subject filters on any criteria that can be found in the data
dictionary, and save your filtered subsets as groups for future usage.

Regards,
Will

Subject: [HCP-Users] Error: Server refused request (Code:34)

Hi I have been trying to download only the unprocessed resting state data from
the 900 subjects. This is about 2TB of data but even here I'm having trouble
downloading this. Is there a way to download say 300 subjects first, then
another 300, then another 200? Is there a way to divide this download but make
sure that I get all the 900 subjects? When I try to download 2TB of data I get
only about 40% then I get the error message Server refused request. I looked
for this error message in the HCP list serv and saw that someone was having the
same problem. However, this person is trying to download the entire dataset
(~18TB). I'm only trying to download 2TB.
thanks
