‘wmparc’ is an output from FreeSurfer, and the label key will be the same
as contained in FS’s “FreeSurferColorLUT.txt” file.

Hi,

I have downloaded some HCP preprocessed data (diffusion and structural
data). I have found a data called wmparc in each of them which seems to be
the white matter parcellation of the image. Looking more into the HCP
pipelines documentation, I do not find any information on it. Would anyone
have any information on which algorithm / paper is used to compute them ?
Also I would be curious to know if a documentation exists mentioning the
correspondences between the labels and anatomical structures.

Thanks in advance
Olivier Commowick
