Are you using hcp2blocks.m to generate an exchangeability block file for
PALM? If so, check to make sure you are not including participants with a
missing Father ID, because they will be excluded from the exchangeability
block and you will see this same error. The April 2015 version of the code
will warn you if this is the case.
