Dear Connectome Workbench experts, I have troubles using the Palette tool in the ‘overlay and map settings’ toolbox. Precisely, I’d like to know what does the y axis of the display represent. I thought it should be the number of vertices corresponding to each value of the x-axis, but the numbers displayed don’t fit my total number of vertices (they are much higher). Any clues about it?
