Dear HCP-Users, I am looking for voxel-wise group average (best across S900) connectivity matrices including subcortical voxels in MNI space. Are such matrices available somewhere? I know of the 33GB dense connectome files but as far as I understood – since they are based on MSM – they don’t include subcortical regions, to they?
If such a matrix isn’t available officially from HCP, has someone else established one to your knowledge?
