That template is not an official HCP brain atlas and we have not released a
diffusion-based brain atlas at this time. This is something that we are
interested in doing, especially if we can get better cross-subject alignment of
the white matter. For now you can certainly make your own atlas based on
making FA maps from the diffusion data of each subject and registering them
based on the already computed
${StudyFolder}/${Subject}/MNINonLinear/xfms/acpc_dc2standard.nii.gz
