I didn't explicitly save that matrix, but you could recreate it using the files that were shared. You can parcellate one of the group dense PCA series (.dtseries) that was shared, then make "key" timeseries according to the groups of key areas listed in the supplemental methods. It's worth noting that it was a multiple regression that was used to generate that matrix, rather than correlation.
