Hi , I'm trying to do analysis on the resting fMRI output from HCP-Pipeline and ICAFIX. May I know if these preprocessing include low-pass filtering (with .01~0.1Hz signal left for resting analyzing)? Or I need to do it separately? Thank you very much!
