Hello all, The provided head model (MEG_anatomy_sourcemodel_3d6mm.mat) in the HCP (Human connectome project) has a 'BTI' coordination system. As I am going to parcellate the data by an atlas which has a coordination system of "MNI", and could not find any transformation between BTI and MNI, I am wondering if anybody knows what are my steps to do so in fieldtrip?
