It works now, thank you! I had changed the name of the HCP data folder in my 
desktop. I re-browsed the folder and now it works fine.

The error may be referring to the location specified in Aspera Connect > 
Preferences > Transfers > Save downloaded files to:

Does that location in your preferences exist?
