Dear HCP experts,
I have a question about calculating dense connectome for individual subject using HCP resting-state data. Should I calculate a dense connectome for each run of the subject and then average them? Or, should I demean, variance normalize, and concatenate the four runs and then calculate a dense connectome for the subject?
