Hi All, I understand that the physiological log files have been fixed in the recent releases since S900. Currently I see physiological log files in two separate directories:
/HCP/S900/individuals/<subjectid>/unprocessed/3T/rfMRI_REST1_LR/LINKED_DATA/ PHYSIO/<subjectid>_3T_rfMRI_REST1_LR_Physio_log.txt /HCP/S900/individuals/191033/MNINonLinear/Results/rfMRI_ REST1_LR/rfMRI_REST1_LR_Physio_log.txt I would like to find out what the difference is between these two files, and which file is the corrected version that should be used?
