Hi Csaba,
My understanding is that both of those physio log txt files are the same and
correct. We put them in two locations so that users would have them in cases
where they only downloaded just the unprocessed data or just the processed data.

Best,
Jenn

Subject: [HCP-Users] physiological log files

Hi All,

I understand that the physiological log files have been fixed in the recent
releases since S900. Currently I see physiological log files in two separate
directories:

/HCP/S900/individuals/<subjectid>/unprocessed/3T/rfMRI_REST1_LR/LINKED_DATA/PHYSIO/<subjectid>_3T_rfMRI_REST1_LR_Physio_log.txt

/HCP/S900/individuals/191033/MNINonLinear/Results/rfMRI_REST1_LR/rfMRI_REST1_LR_Physio_log.txt

I would like to find out what the difference is between these two files, and
which file is the corrected version that should be used?

Thanks,

Csaba Orban
