Please use the latest version of the HCP pipelines and the latest version of FSL. Hopefully this user guide can be amended to suggest this, as it is from 2 years ago.

If I start my diffusion processing (with that version) I get the following error: “awk: cmd. line:1: fatal: cannot open file “……./eddy/eddy_unwarped_images.eddy_rotated_bvecs” What should I do?
