To all users interested in the the HCP Young Adult Retest data: We have now made the HCP Retest imaging data (45 subjects) available in a separate project directory in our hcp-openaccess Amazon S3 bucket.
Caution: The directory structure of the Retest data is identical to that of the main HCP_1200 data. If you download any Retest data, be sure to keep it separate in your local repository. Be careful not to overwrite a subject’s first visit data with their second visit Retest data! Note: Data for the original test visit for Retest subjects is located in the HCP_1200 Project directory on S3.
