I have images in .shape.gii format that was preprocessed using the HCP minimal preprocessing pipeline, but the data that I would like to overlay with it is in volumetric format. I cannot convert the .shape.gii files to nifti files, so how can I convert nifti files to .shape.gii or .surf.gii files?
