Hi HCP pipeline experts: I'm trying to make calls to the RestingStateStats.sh module and uncertain about how to set some input arguments (see below from code). Questions
1. Where to find the --wm and -csf values? Where are the "FreeSurfer Label Config Files"? Are they the files (FreeSurferCSFRegLut.txt and FreeSurferWMReg.Lut.txt) found in global/config? 2. How to set --output-proc-string? The code makes it seem that RestingStateStats.sh might be called BEFORE MSMALL rather than after. If RestingStateStats.sh is called last, does this argument matter?
